Introducing a new e-commerce experience for all stores beginning July 15, 2025.
At Ascend, we’re always looking for new ways to level up your experience. We’re excited to introduce our new-and-improved website, menu, and in-store kiosks—rolling out across all of our stores this July!
We’ve designed these updates to be seamless, intuitive, and built to make your shopping journey even better. That said, we know change can bring questions, so we’ve put together this FAQ to help explain what’s new and answer anything you might be wondering about the updated Ascend menus and e-commerce system.

What is changing?
a. Our website will be smoother to navigate, provide more recommendations, and provide a more seamless and secure checkout for online orders. The URL is staying the same!
b. Our in-store kiosks will be updated to match the website’s new look.
c. Our IOS app will be updated- now you can shop, earn, redeem, and check your points, all in one place!
d. Our loyalty program- new tiers, more ways to earn and redeem points, and even a secret menu!
Why is the website changing so much?
These changes mean that we can use exciting new features, like paying online with Pay by Bank (powered by Plaid). You’ll also see product recommendations on the menu and faster, easier ways to find products.
When is this happening?
You’ll notice these changes starting on July 15th.
Will my points be transferred?
Yes! Please use the same email address for your previous loyalty account if you’d like to transfer your points.
Will I have to create a new account?
Yes, you’ll have to create a new Ascend account by using your existing email address or by connecting to your Google or Apple account. Please make sure your email address associated with your Google or Apple account is the one you used for your previous loyalty account if you’d like to transfer your points. This account will be your new go-to, for all your purchase history, profile data, and more.
Will my order history be transferred?
How can I find the new menu?
You’ll find the new menu on our website by clicking “Shop” or “Select a Store” as usual.

How do I use Pay by Bank?
You can connect your Ascend account to Ascend Pay (Pay by Bank) and link your bank account to pay for your order at checkout online and save time in the store.
