Medical Marijuana (Ohio MMJ Program):
Registered patients can purchase up to a 90-day supply. This is defined as up to 8.1 ounces of plant material (flower), or equivalent amounts in other forms such as edibles, vapes, or concentrates. The state tracks this as a “days of supply,” so limits are based on product type and potency, not just weight.

Adult-Use (Recreational) – Age 21+:
Adults can purchase up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis per day. This total includes flower and other product types combined. Within that limit, no more than 15 grams can be concentrates.

Yes, adults 21 and over can cultivate up to six cannabis plants per person, with a maximum of 12 plants per household. Medical patients or their caregivers may also grow plants as recommended by their certifying physician.
