In Pennsylvania, medical marijuana is defined as cannabis obtained for certified medical use by a resident with a serious medical condition and is limited to specific forms such as pills, oils, topicals, tinctures, liquids, and forms appropriate for vaporization or nebulization, excluding dry leaf or plant form.
