How do I join the Ascenders Club cannabis rewards program?

Joining is free and takes less than a minute. Click “Join Now”, or ask any Ascend Dispensary staff member to sign you up in-store.

No — Ascenders Club is completely free to join, with no membership fees, ever. 

New members immediately unlock all Blue-tier benefits (see the perks chart on this page; exclusions apply per location). Members who opt in to email also earn bonus points on their first three purchases:

  • 100 bonus points after first purchase (up to $4 value)
  • 200 bonus points after second purchase (up to $8 value)
  • 250 bonus points after third purchase (up to $10 value)
  • Additional bonus points are gifted throughout the year for special occasions.

Ascenders Club has four tiers based on annual spend at Ascend:

  • Blue: $0–$499
  • Gold: $500–$2,999
  • Platinum: $3,000+
  • Legends: Invite-only
  • Tiers reset annually, with the first reset starting January 2027.

Points earn rate increases as you level up:

  • Blue: 1 point per $1 spent (pre-tax)
  • Gold: 1.05 points per $1 spent (pre-tax)
  • Platinum: 1.10 points per $1 spent (pre-tax)
  • Legends: 1.15 points per $1 spent (pre-tax)

Redeem points in the app, online, or at any Ascend location for set discount amounts:

  • 250 points = $5 off
  • 500 points = $10 off
  • 1,000 points = $20 off
  • 1,500 points = $30 off
  • 5,000 points = $100 off (Platinum & Legends only)

Points are worth double on select top brands (Ozone, Simply Herb, Effin’, High Wired, Royale, Common Goods, and more; brands vary by state):

  • 125 points = $5 off
  • 250 points = $10 off
  • 500 points = $20 off
  • 750 points = $30 off
  • 2,500 points = $100 off (Platinum & Legends only)

Notes: Points have no cash or monetary value, and by regulation, points can never cover 100% of an item’s cost. In Ohio, points may only be redeemed on non-cannabis items such as accessories.

Yes — points can be earned and redeemed at all participating Ascend dispensary locations.

No. Only purchases made after you enroll in Ascenders Club count toward points and tier progress.

Yes, points expire 90 days after they’re earned. Bonus points from special promotions may follow a different expiration timeline, which will be noted when those bonus points are issued.

No — only one reward redemption is allowed per transaction.

If you’ve reached your state’s allotment limit, you won’t be able to redeem additional cannabis rewards until your next eligible purchase window.

Yes. Find your unique referral link in your account profile on the Ascend Dispensary app or website. Share it with friends — when they sign up and shop, you earn bonus points (up to $20 in value), and so does the person you referred (up to $15 in value).

Opt in to email, text, and push notifications in the Ascend Dispensary app, on the web, or in-store at checkout to stay updated on new offers, bonus point events, and loyalty news.
