ASCENDERS CLUB PROGRAM

Rewards member must be an active member, placing an order within the past 90 days.
Ascenders can refer a friend to the club for a Puff Point boost. Once sent, referral must be used within 30 days. Referee must use coupon within 30 days for the Puff Point boost to be activated.
Must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the rewards program.

Rewards are only available at participating Ascend retail stores. Not all stores can honor Rewards due to state regulations.

EARNING POINTS

All consumers who enroll in the program start with 0 points. No rewards earned for purchases made prior to the start of the rewards program.
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent in the store when you enroll.

REDEEMING REWARDS

Points can be accumulated and then redeemed at the different tier levels.
Reward points are valid for 3 months (90 days) from last point-earning transaction.
There is no monetary value to the rewards earned; these cannot be used as cash.
Rewards should show up in your wallet within 24 hours of purchase. You can view/manage rewards within your ASCENDERS CLUB WALLET.
Employees are not eligible to join the rewards program.
Rewards are only available and redeemable at participating Ascend retail stores.
Rewards can only be redeemed if you have an available cannabis allotment at the time of your visit.
Only one reward redemption permitted with each transaction, cannot stack reward redemption.
Due to regulations, points can not cover 100% of an item cost.

Yes! Even at participating Ascend Outlets, you can be part of the ASCENDERS CLUB. At these stores, you’re already getting the lowest prices available in the market so earning points is an extra bonus for our returning customers. Rewards may differ at Ascend Outlet locations.

HOW CAN I EARN POINTS AND REWARDS?

You can earn points and rewards by joining the ASCENDERS CLUB and making at least one Puff Point earning transaction.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY PUFF POINTS?

Accumulate your points to redeem at your desired tier level. Once you have met a tier point threshold you can redeem in store or online when you place an order

Yes. Reward points are valid for 3 months (90 days) from last point-earning transaction. If points are not redeemed during that period, they will be forfeited.

HOW DO I SEND A REFERRAL CODE TO A FRIEND?

The rewards program is open to all those qualified to purchase at Ascend.

WHAT DOES MY FRIEND RECEIVE?

Go to “Share” in your ASCENDERS CLUB Wallet. Click on Refer a Friend. Copy your unique referral link and share with your friend . There is no limit to how many people you can refer!

WHAT DOES MY FRIEND RECEIVE?

Your friend will need to sign up for Rewards. Once they do, they will receive a Puff Points boost to use towards their first purchase. Once they’ve made their first purchase, you will receive your Puff Points boost, too!

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFERRAL BONUS?

Once your friend joins Rewards and makes their first purchase, you will receive a Puff Points boost in your digital wallet.

CAN I ACCUMULATE MY REWARDS AND STACK REDEMPTION AT A SINGLE VISIT?

No. Only one reward redemption is permitted per day. You cannot stack rewards.

WHAT IF I AM OVER MY CANNABIS ALLOTMENT AT THE TIME OF MY VISIT, CAN I STILL REDEEM MY REWARDS?
