Here’s the scoop on limits for visitors:

• 2.5 grams of concentrates
• 250mg of THC in edibles

Important note: You can only purchase recreationally – Illinois doesn’t accept out-of-state medical cards. But hey, our recreational menu is pretty amazing, so you won’t be missing out!

Remember: What happens in Illinois, stays in Illinois – transporting cannabis across state lines is federally illegal.

– Illinois medical residents can possess 2.5 ounces over a two week period.
– Illinois recreational users can possess 30 grams of flower, 5 gram of concentrates and 500mg of THC-infused products.
– Out-of-state visitors are limited to half of the limits of Illinois residents.

Cannabis in Illinois is taxed at the retail level for both medical and adult-use purchases, but the structure is different for each.
