Medical & Recreational Services
We serve both medical patients with a valid medical card and adult recreational customers (21 and older). Maryland medical patients can apply for a valid medical card to receive medical marijuana benefits. Our on-site team will guide you through the process and provide education on cannabis use for wellness. Important Entry & Identification Requirements
All customers and patients must present valid government-issued photo identification to be permitted entry to an Ascend dispensary, to make a purchase, and to receive cannabis products. Only the following forms of government-issued photo identification are acceptable: driver’s license or identification card issued by a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia, U.S. passport or passport card, foreign passport, U.S. military identification card, or Tribal card. University- or college-issued identification cards are not considered sufficient forms of identification. Maryland Patient or Caregiver cards are acceptable identification for the medical program.
The Ascend Ellicott City dispensary will always give priority service to its medical patients.
Medical program patients and caregivers may bring their minor children, less than eight years of age, into the dispensary. Maryland law does not permit adult-use or recreational customers to bring children into the dispensary.
