Is cannabis legal in the state of Pennsylvania?
Recreational cannabis is not yet legal in Pennsylvania. However, the state does allow medical marijuana use and has implemented some decriminalization measures in select cities.
What are the medical-use cannabis regulations for Pennsylvania?
A certified patient (or designated caregiver) with one of 24 serious medical conditions must register with the state, carry a PA-issued identification card, and may purchase up to a 90-day supply of tested and labeled products (oils, pills, topicals, vape-forms, edibles, etc.) from licensed dispensaries.
